Cancellation by the Customer:

• More than 7 days before the start of the tour: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 7 days or less before the start of the tour: No refund.

Cancellation by Diskovera:

• If Diskovera cancels your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour at no additional cost.

Modification Requests:

• Any modifications to your booking must be requested at least 15 days before the start of the tour. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may be subject to availability and additional charges.

No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), Diskovera reserves the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
